MONTEREY YOGA

Monterey Yoga is directed by Adarsh Williams and Heleen Zondag-Williams. Adarsh is registered at the highest level in the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500) and was directly Authorized by Sri K Pattabhi Jois as a teacher of Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore, India. (Authorized Level 1, 2004) (Authorized Level 2, 2009).

We are a traditional Ashtanga yoga studio with further offerings like Kids Yoga, Capoeira, Mindfulness and Mobility
