Having worked with students throughout the Monterey Bay and Hawaii since 2012, I bring a depth of professional experience and knowledge to those who are eager to learn ashtanga yoga, salsa dance,  and acrobatics. I have studied and practice at Monterey Ashtanga Yoga regularly. I try to emanate and reproduce all the values and knowledge shared with me by my teachers.
