KIDS YOGA

Mindful Movement 

"A program designed to provide children with techniques, habits and awareness of lifelong health and wellness, including emotional coping skills and proper bodily movement. Our curriculum is based on common exercise regimes, the practice of Yoga, relaxation techniques and mindfulness practices. Our aim is to increase the child’s physical and mental abilities and improve their balance, flexibility, coordination, focus, awareness and coping skills."
